What do you love about CBC?
CBC has been very welcoming in making me a part of the team. They genuinely care about finding the best fit for clients and candidates; striving to build and maintain strong relationships through being an active participant in the community.
What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?
I enjoy getting to know the professional landscape of Cairns and FNQ and since starting at CBC have felt to be a greater part of the community through building relationships with CBC stakeholders.
Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?
Being responsible for operations at CBC Staff Selection I am indirectly working with candidates through supporting the team in their role behind the scenes.
What’s your work-related superpower?
My greatest superpower is being organised and having a willingness to learn. In my short time at CBC Staff Selection I have learnt that no day is the same and being adaptable is key.
Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?
As a graduate with a Bachelor in Human Services and Bachelor in Business majoring in Human Resource Management my professional career has just begun and I am excited to be part of the team at CBC Staff Selection.
Is there a specific project or achievement at CBC that stands out?
I would like to thank CBC Staff Selection for welcoming me into the team, I am excited to start my professional career working with the FNQ community. As I continue to grow with the team I am sure there will be many moments of shared success.
