What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?

I enjoy the feeling you get when you have successfully completed the process of placing a candidate, seeing both they and the organisation happy with the end result.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I am a friendly and engaging person, so I add value by making the candidates feel comfortable and confident whilst we are searching for their dream job.

My ability to develop strong and personal relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Receiving Temp of the Month whilst working casually through CBC in 2023.

Is there a specific project or achievement at CBC that stands out?

Not as of yet but watch this space as I get stuck into all thing’s recruitment!
