What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?

I am only new to this field so, thus far, I have enjoyed the continuous learning nature of recruitment – I am learning something new every day! I have also enjoyed celebrating the successes of the recruitment consultants & observing their excitement when they place a candidate.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I am an empathetic person so am able to understand people’s situations and relate to them.

What’s your work related super power?

My attention to detail & eagerness to constantly learn and expand my knowledge.

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?

I have recently graduated university with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources Management, so securing this position and being able to put my degree to work is definitely a highlight & just the beginning!
