Your Skills & Experience    

To be successful in these roles, you will bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience in similar HR roles
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior HR functions and leadership teams

  • HR COORDINATOR | Temporary – Provide efficient and effective HR support across a range of HR related matters. Demonstrated experience in WH&S and a working understanding payroll will be highly regarded.

Your Skills & Experience: 

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or at least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • End-to-end recruitment experience;
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles polices and techniques.
  • Through knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations
  • Experience managing and supporting senior HR functions;
  • Strong operational, including managing employee grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Exposure to workers compensation claims, non-work-related illness and injury, redeployment and fitness for work activities.
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills;
  • Emphasis on professional development, diversity, and flexibility;
  • Resilience and a positive attitude;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of attention to detail and be systems savvy:

  • GROUP HR MANAGER | Permanent – Located in Cairns.  Provide efficient and effective HR Management services to the organisation across a range of HR related matters. These involve, recruitment, training, culture, industrial relations, and award interpretation. Demonstrated experience in EBA negotiations and development, management of WorkCover and an understanding of the VISA/DAMA process will be highly regarded.
  • HR MANAGER | Permanent – Remote Role – Provide professional HR and IR advice, with a focus on strategic HRM. Review HR frameworks, implement training programs and provide support to management and employees. Suited for managers with the ability to manage the needs of employees, whilst maintaining a business focus. Subsidised accommodation, up to four return flights annually, as well as six weeks annual leave.
