- Represent COUCH confidently and professionally at networking events, community functions, and meetings, acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging fundraising campaigns, collateral, and third-party supporter toolkits that maintain brand consistency.
- Maintain accurate donor and partner data in the CRM system, tracking interactions, pledges, and fulfilments to optimise donor retention.
- Attend and contribute meaningfully to the Fundraising and Marketing Committee and implement agreed strategies.
- Meet key performance targets including revenue goals, donor growth and retention, and campaign effectiveness.
Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a combination of relationship-building expertise, strategic thinking, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding fundraising or sales revenue targets in the not-for-profit or commercial sector.
- Strong ability to convert leads into donations, sponsorships, or corporate partnerships.
- Experience managing fundraising campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems with high attention to detail and a strong sense of data integrity.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams on marketing, events, and community engagement.
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
