The Opportunity:
This is an exciting newly created Executive Assistant position, offering the chance to work closely with two high-performing Board Executives in a role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with strategic project support. You’ll be an integral part of the leadership team – sitting in on meetings, helping drive key initiatives, and keeping priorities on track.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing high-level executive support to two Board Executives, managing calendars, priorities and communications with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Attending internal leadership meetings to take clear and actionable notes, provide follow-ups, and contribute insights when appropriate.
- Managing and tracking multiple concurrent projects using Trello, ensuring timelines, actions and decisions are aligned and progressing.
- Acting as a strategic gatekeeper—reminding the Executives of pending decisions, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of key strategic initiatives, offering input and keeping teams accountable.
- Building relationships across the business to effectively gather information, drive outcomes and influence timelines.
Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a mix of executive support experience, strategic thinking, and strong project coordination skills. You’ll be comfortable working closely with senior leaders and adding value beyond standard EA duties.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar role supporting executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior leaders, ask questions, and provide thoughtful input
- Experience using Trello or similar project management tools to track tasks and drive outcomes.
- Ability to think strategically, anticipate needs, and work with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where responsibilities can shift based on priorities.
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement when dealing with confidential matter.
