Currently, We Are Looking For:

NFP Reception Role | TEMPORARY PART TIME
  • Part time School hours 9am – 3pm, Tuesday – Friday
  • Reception and administration responsibilities, coordinating and presenting meeting spaces 
  • Hourly rate $35.86 plus super

Business Support Officer | AO3 | MOUNT ISA

  • Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and be supportive of workplace culture.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, including moving around the office and local areas for various tasks
  • Hourly rates $49.40 plus super.
  • Able and willing to perform a police check

Business Support Officer – Call Centre | AO3 | TOWNSVILLE

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills
  • Call centre skills and knowledge
  • Hourly rates $49.40 plus super
  • Able and willing to perform a police check

Asset Accountant | TEMPORARY

  • 18 month contract, full-time hours
  • Maintain comprehensive asset registers and ensure accurate recording of asset details, such as cost, depreciation, and useful life
  • Maintain and enhance internal control procedures related to asset accounting. Ensure adherence to accounting policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanationsHigh level of confidentiality, diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with confidential documents and information
  • Hourly rate $70.16 – $76.26 per hour plus super

General Skills & Experience: 

  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage escalations with professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and offer support when needed.
  • Stay calm under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Please note that there are specific skills and experience required for each role and further information can be provided upon request.
  • Able and willing to perform a police check
