AO3 Business Support Officer | TEMPORARY – 2 Roles

  • State Government Temporary Assignment
  • Commencement July 2025 – approximate duration – 5 weeks or 3 months, with possible extension
  • Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Pro, Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous experience in data entry a must with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Broad Admin based skills with the ability to work across various platforms, under pressure and in all aspects of office support
  • Full-time temporary placement, Hourly rate $50.37 plus super.
  • National Police Check required

Contract Administrator | TEMPORARY

  • State Government Temporary Assignment
  • Commencement ASAP – Duration 1 – 3 months
  • Must have contract or project administration experience
  • Hourly rate $70.16 plus super
  • Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s License

Administration Officer AO2 | TEMPORARY

  • State Government Temporary Assignment
  • Commencement ASAP, approximate duration 3 months
  • Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in Excel
  • Hourly rate $38.90 plus super
  • Criminal History Clearance required

Project Coordinator ICT | TEMPORARY

  • Technical background, Server admin / networking
  • Experience in leading implementation initiatives
  • Good for progression into PM role
  • Duration – 6 months
  • Daily rate $502.04 plus super

Executive Assistant | PERMANENT

  • Full-time role based in Garbutt
  • SLA agreement management
  • Diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Project management support
  • $90 000 plus super

Store Manager | PERMANENT

  • Full-time role based in West End
  • Work with a small team in logistics
  • Excellent customer service and office administration
  • $60 – 70 000 plus super

Administration Officer | PERMANENT

  • Full-time role base in Garbutt
  • Deal processing, sales administration, and bank reconciliation
  • Customer administration, accounts and invoicing
  • Support documentation, reporting and compliance
  • $65 000 plus super

General Skills & Experience: 

  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage escalations with professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and offer support when needed.
  • Stay calm under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
