Currently we are looking for: 
Business Support Officer
  • Temporary | Full-time | Townsville | Ongoing role
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations
  • Manage documentation, records, correspondence, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications across teams
  • Maintain and update systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient record-keeping practices
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

Excel Specialist 

  • Temporary | Full-time | Townsville | Immediate start – 22 May 2026
  • Produce regional performance reports using systems such as Unify and external data sources to identify trends, issues, and inform service delivery planning
  • Provide advice, support, and training to staff on systems, data management, and best practice to ensure high data quality, compliance, and security
  • Maintain and improve data integrity across information management systems, identifying issues and recommending solutions
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the delivery of high-quality reporting outputs
  • Demonstrated experience with integrated client management systems, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and ability to meet compliance requirements (including Blue Card eligibility and C class driver’s licence)

 Recruitment Officer                 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing through to onboarding
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Liaise with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems, and reporting
  • Proven recruitment experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies with excellent stakeholder communication

Your Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Proven experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
  • Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
