With a focus on operational excellence, they’re now seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join their growing team.
The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on and dynamic Office Manager role that will see you take ownership of the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the office runs smoothly, providing a high level of internal and external service, and keeping financial and operational systems on track.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing all day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Handling incoming phone enquiries and orders with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Preparing quotes, raising consignment notes, and processing orders accurately and promptly
- Managing payments over the phone, reconciling transactions, and overseeing till operations
- Monitoring daily staff timesheets and coordinating weekly payroll processing
- Overseeing company banking, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate handling of cash
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records and general bookkeeping tasks
- Managing all incoming emails and office correspondence with efficiency and clarity
Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of strong administrative acumen, financial aptitude, and excellent organisational skills. Furthermore, you will have:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking ability, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfort and confidence working with numbers, including payroll and bookkeeping responsibilities
- High-level communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer service focus
- Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office suite, and email platforms (experience with Atria is advantageous)
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take initiative without constant supervision.
