Today, on National Recruiters Day, it feels like a good opportunity to pause and recognise the work recruiters do behind the scenes every day, not just filling vacancies, but helping people navigate some of the biggest decisions in their careers and businesses.

In regional communities like Far North Queensland, this becomes even more important.
