The team at CBC!  I love how there is a broad mix of personalities, yet everyone gets along exceptionally well. I have felt very welcome since day one

What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?

I would say the people aspect of recruitment. I love meeting a variety of different people daily and the joy of helping a candidate secure new employment

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I am a real people person, my bubbly, friendly personality would add value. I will always support my candidates 110%.

What’s your work related super power?

I have a caring nature and am empathetic. I care for people and understand everyone is going through different things in their lives and finding a job can be very difficult. I will always go the extra mile for any of my candidates to ensure they are comfortable and happy with the recruitment process. Will always be here for a phone call/face to face meeting.

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?

The greatest highlight of career has been meeting and working with some amazing people, creating long-lasting relationships with both past and present colleagues.

Is there a specific project or achievement at CBC that stands out?

For me, I came into CBC on a contract, covering annual leave and now I am a permanent employee! I am excited to see what is next for me at CBC.
